Terms & conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions apply to the supply of all products offered by Danmar International Ltd

PRICES
Prices in this list are all Duty-Paid, but exclusive of V.A.T.. Prices are subject to market and currency
Fluctuations, changes in duty, V.A.T. and stock remaining unsold. This list supersedes any previous one. All
orders are accepted subject to availability. All transactions are subject to the prices ruling at time of despatch and are subject to revision without prior notice.

CLAIMS
All claims for loss or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

RETURNS
When returning goods, please ensure you receive a signed official receipt.

AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.

DELIVERIES
Unless otherwise negotiated, minimum quantity delivered is one hundred pounds (£100)

To comply with the above Act, we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our computer for the sole purpose of sending to you our catalogue and other information. Your name and
address will not be given to third parties. Please let us know if you object to us keeping this information.

FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations to you as a result of course
beyond our reasonable control. This includes strikes, lock out or trade disputes whether in mainland UK or
elsewhere.

TITLE OF GOODS
The ownership of goods delivered will be transferred to the purchaser only when he/she as met in full all that is owing to Danmar International Ltd. Until all sums owing to Danmar International Ltd have been cleared by the bank, the purchaser shall hold the goods as agent of Danmar International Ltd.
